Grade A, Radial Casings
Virgin casing that has not been retreaded previously
No cuts or breaks
No separation
No repairs or impact breaks
No exposed steel
No existing repairs
Sidewalls are in good condition: no cracks or cuts
No weather cracking
No distortion of tubeless bead surfaces
Not regrooved
Grade B, Radial Casings
Same as Grade A with exceptions of:
Minor cuts and chips (but no exposed steel in the tread area to avoid rust developing)
Maximum of two nail holes in tread area only, and not clustered within a same quadrant. Must be 1 & 1/2 inches in from the tread edge with maximum diameter of 3/8 inch (approx. 1 cm)
Grade R-1, Radial Casingss
Previously retreaded once in full or top tread or bead to bead
Maximum two nail holes in tread area only. Must be 1 & 1/2 inches in from tread
All other conditions are same as Grade A
Nylon (Bias) Casings
For Nylon casings, no more than two (2) nail holes in tread area for "A" casings.
Maximum of four (4) nail holes in tread area but not grouped together for "B" casings.
All other conditions are same as Radial casings requirements.
Limited Warranty / Adjustment Procedure
Although very few rejects (less than 0.4%) has been reported, we will replace rejects in excess of 3% in our next shipment or wire the fund to your factory if no further order is scheduled.
The claim report must be properly filed following the procedures below.
Claim details shall be filled in our specified claim form (available upon request) containing the information pertaining to tire size/pattern/serial number as evidence with reasons for the claim. Clear photos showing three (3) areas is “ a must” item to be forwarded to Kics.

* Tread pattern
* Serial no.
Kics may seek additional information if required for processing your claim. To be eligible claim recovery entitlement, we need to ask you to submit the above-mentioned report within 30 days after the tires' arrival to your place.
